Hi, everyone. I couldn’t resist Matt’s new ink course, though I might have to keep it simple til I get my eyes fixed! This is my second attempt at the feather and I have fallen in love with drawing all over again - I am transported to a different planet!

Thank you Ginny. I wish I could get the hang of this community site. Do I just continue posting on this thread?  
This is today’s effort. It looked so simple but the complexity of the surfaces of the cup made me work hard at observation and interpretation- I was totally absorbed.

Continuing on this post is fine, but I would definitely wander around the forum and learn how it all works. There is lots to see.

Your acorn is great. Observation is a good skill to hone.
