Hi, all. My name is Fred Tinsley. I am retired from the work force now for a decade. Got introduce to watercolor about 12 years ago and have been at it in fits and spurts ever since. I was fortunate to study at a local community college that has an exquisitely good fine arts program after retirement. My bride and I have since relocated to another community that, to my dismay, does not have the caliber of artistic encouragement to which I had become accustomed. I shall look forward to engaging with this group of art enthusiasts going forward.
