I just finished drawing this bird on a branch using colored pencil and pastel for the background - I hope you like it.

A happy picture, very romantic and sweet, a little more contrast will help the bird to pop out more but maybe you choose this combination oft soft tones and accents deliberately

Love your colors. The bird is really well drawn. I agree with Albertine about he contrast - he is so well done that it would be nice to have him come to the front more… Thanks for sharing.
