Back to the oil pastels after a hiatus to say goodbye to our beloved dachshund and bring home a new puppy to honor him.
Rose was my grandmother’s name and my middle name and my talisman flower.

Thank you! I am finding my footing with far more interpretive versus realistic renderings. It’s such fun to see lives and shapes this way and play with the layering magic of oil pastels.
