Loading pictures to forum

If I could remember how to do it, I’d download some pictures to post on the community/forum. I just gave up. Someone told me how to do so, but, we have been remodeling our house and apparently, it got packed up. I can find them in an email (occasionally) that my granddaughter sent me but have not figured out how to transfer them to this site. Just started using Gmail. I now can’t find it in the email program but even then don’t seem to remember how to post them. Not seemingly to be able to open the attachment to post here. @ArtistLittleNora
