I have really enjoyed using this medium. Starkly different from dry soft pastels! This is a scene from a park north of Seattle at Shilshole Marina looking out over the Puget Sound toward the Olympic Mountains. I found this bike rider enjoying the view and took a picture. Critically, there is a lot not quite right about this piece, but I am learning. The figure was particularly hard to draw. Some really nice and encouraging artwork in this thread!
