Yeah the grid really helps a lot.
MATT - maybe you will see this. During the live lesson on Monday, March 2nd, the chat box went away more than a half hour before the end of the class. It said it was busy and to try again in a minute.
Refresh, restarting computer, trying it on a different computer. Nothing would fix the problem.
