I’m wondering what exactly the English term for this sort of book is…
Is “artbook” a correct name for this item?
Does “pen drawing & message artbook” make sense?

Either name is good, but I like the simpler “artbook” the most. I’d also call it “wonderful”.

Artbook, Art Book (with a space), or even Art & Design book seem to be names of this type of thing. (that’s what some of the Sonic art books are called in English) The cover titles sum it up well!
