Working on this for quite a while… really slow motion☺️… in the weeks more focused on the 25 days course and getting sketchy “trainings”…
And of cause now after the members minute again the parrot is in my mind
But… this black leopard/panther touches me deep and I like to honour animals with drawing them

I was away for past few days and opened my sketch book to do some practice. Then decided to do a pen and ink version of the old ship that Matt did with ink and watercolor wash some time ago.

Color pencil is my favorite medium and looking at this is a treat. Where do I begin. the subject ,so imaginative , the hands so well done and all the shadows and highlights and the directional strokes. Im exhausted trying to imagine drawing this . But im going to try ,thanks for sharing tom
