Nice. Add an assortment of mushrooms the cinnamon sticks, some lemon & other herbs & spices for a wonderful side dish. My other novice hobby, cooking. Marina, thank you for sharing & keep posting.

Funny you should say that. Both the mushrooms and the cinnamon sticks are illustrations for a cookbook. Right now I am doing the tomatoes from one of the courses that Matt demonstrated.
