Pencil Drawing - a little dark maybe

This is something a little different, hopefully not too dark for you fine folks.
The reference is a promo shot of a good friend who is due to be revealed as the new singer of a Greek band. The photo was taken in an Indian Sculpture park in Ireland (actually the proprietor took the photo with my friend’s phone).

I used the Staedtler Mars Lumograph Black pencils on Arteza Grey paper.

That’s a very interesting piece! I’m not fond of snakes, but your handling of the materials is amazing. The detail work is really well-done. The folds and drapery of the fabrics are great. Thanks for sharing it!
