Nearly gave up on giving this lizard a try as I’ve drawn buildings for the last 2 years. It’s far far far from perfect, but pretty pleased with first attempt at a drawing in pen like this. I’m quite pleased with it

You are totally inspiring me to try my micron pens. Your lizard looks great, the shape, shadows and all.
I am going through a soft pastel and colored pencils kind of hyper focus, As I try to attempt other media, my brain keeps pulling me back to pastels more than anything else, then color pencils. Maybe during Thanksgiving break I’ll expand my attempts to pen and ink

Thank you. I say just do what you love. I’m just loving pens and haven’t really moved from pens for a good few years. Went through a watercolour stage, graphite but pens keeping pulling me back like pastels for you
