Looks good Lisa @HarleysMom

I haven’t decided if I’ll do this one. Probably not because I already have too many unfinished things sitting around.

Hi forum friends. After the Gettin’ Sketchy (end of the season) critique last night on YouTube I was inspired to get this one done. Mine is 5x7 using Oil Pastels. I spent about 5 hours on it.

Looks as if you just ate it, except you left a lot of good apple flesh in there! The drawing it’s wonderful! :star_struck:

Thanks so much Lisa @HarleysMom

Some media are easier for me than others. Several I never even tried until becoming a member at The Virtual Instructor. Oil Pastel (which is what I used for the Apple Core) is actually one of my most difficult because it’s like drawing with a tube of lipstick, but I’m finally getting the hang of it.

Well done for trying this with a different media. Thanks for showing us a version of the apple in oil pastels
