I tell myself to always keep drawing and learning. Just following the subjects in pen tutorials. Learnt so much drawing this

Hi Dan -
You’re being hard on yourself. What you’ve drawn is quite nice. Come back and look at it again in a couple weeks and you’ll like it better then.
I found the lesson and reference photo for the rose. I’ve just started it but will be going with more realism as I continue to play with the Zebra Rubber 80 ballpoint pens. I’ll post whatever I end up with.

Thank you. I think you are right. Really appreciate your kind words. I actually feel better about it today and I have taken a better photo and looks better. I was looking at the dark photo thinking - i don’t like this
