First let me say HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!! (But sorry nobody has access to celebrate with you.
I totally love this story. My dog feels the same way when his treats arrive and are doled out. He gets his treats three times a day, right after he successfully swallows his pills to prevent seizures.
The photo with the cat is crazy good. Thanks for sharing. I hope other forum members add personal updates to this post as well.
Thank you for your kind words. My cat has treats every morning with her medication - she has cronic kidney failure. Both kidneys have stopped functioning, so we start every morning with dialysis and some treats.
Hi @siffermus Nice to see that I’m not the only one using treats to motivate a pet to take their medicine. I’m always sad to hear about animals with medical issues.
Siffermus,
Sorry your kitty has a serious illness… Mine has arthritis and asthma and I give her meds in her ear just rub it in with a covered finger! Cuz it is a cortisone treatment that I don’t want in my body.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOO! Hope you have some great plans on celebrating!!
love your photo of her!

Hi folks, it’s about 3 am here (yes, in the middle of the night). Someone did decide to turn the lights on!!! Very heavy weather! I took these pictures with my mobile from the upper floor just minutes ago.
Here’s some photos of my front yard and my view from my front porch is the mountain both at sunset and one during the day!
Live on one acre (been here 41 years now) and planted the dogwoods and clairadendrons and flowers as one of my hobbies!
Thank you so much for your kind comments. You can definently use one of my photos as a reference. I intend to try out my self someday. They are a bit above my level. I would love to try them in oil paint. I hope you will share the art piece - it would be fun to see.
