So I practised some more with Pen and Ink - the top picture is a page from a colouring book and the bottom picture is my version of it.
Great practice.
Terri
I hope so too Terri!
Thank you
. I did layers, used solvent, more layers, and burnished.

Love trees and paths through them! This is great!!
Wow Terri This is just plain terrific! Is the hand tatooed or just from the paint?
I love it and it looks so real!
Your pansies are beautiful!
Think they are “sunflowers”!
Thx so much Jeanine!
Oh wow - just saw your October drawings and so much enjoy them all. The cat blows me away, and the flowers are marvelous.
I have worked on gouache recently and did the old cabin from the watercolor course. Hope, you enjoy.
Greetings, Buddy
It is the poweranimal for one woman who asked me to draw it. I am happy she likes it☺️
It is drawed with a mechanical pencil on 220gr/m2 14,8 x 21cm Lana Dessin 220 drawing paper.
I really enjoyed your version of this painting, the colors are so nice. Maybe you would be interested in doing an original painting with gouache.
Thank you, Samuel - it’s a very small painting. Not larger than my hand. Guess, that’s why it’s blurrier on the screen than in real.
Yep, I do like gouache very much, so more paintings to come.
Buddy
Great, Elina, this eagle “strotzt vor lauter” has a very strong personality. Any idea, how “strotzt vor lauter” might best be translated for this community?
Keep on and I do agree with your friend,
Buddy
Lol - Sonia - I scrolled and was convinced, your adorable pansy is a photo. Absolutely fantastic work!!!
Buddy
@Buddy thank you, Buddy:smiling_face_with_three_hearts:… Uh, languages:sweat_smile:… A personal poweranimal should show a special character/personalit/vibration and looks often different than expected
. In this case especially the right eyes of the eagle on the left side of the picture. And your kind words make me feel lighter.
@Meme5 thank you, Sonia. I am really not sure if there is any progress, when I look at my pictures😅… But honestly with training there should be progress… and there could be some more on the feathers🙈
Thank you for your feedback!
Any critic is welcome.
This is my third attempt on this little cutie. Learned a lot from the process. It’s Caran D’ache Luminance on WInsor and Newton Drawing - smooth surface, size A3.
@siffermus Aaaahhhhh, such a cute wonderful picture ![]()
