Thanks so much for your kind words. It was a monthly photo challenge on another website. We were given the photo and told to draw or paint our own version of it. I too love how it turned out.

Fresh off the easel. Finished my Marylyn Monroe 8x10 Matte graphite on 100% cotton charcoal paper after a week of evenings spent drawing. This one was just to practice my portrait skills. I hope I did her justice. Please let me know the moment I start looking like her 
P.S Yes. As soon as I posted this, a lot of issues popped up to get fixed

@Meme5 Sonia, this is AMAZING! Beautiful piece, all the details, the lips, the eyes, the teeth (very difficult in my opinion to get it right), the earrings… well, I could continue and just named all the parts of the drawing

Finished them yesterday… Activated watercolor pencils (Faber Castel Alfred Dürer and Cretacolor) on white watetcolor paper 20x30 cm.
Funny how the frame seems to be pink after uploading. It is white.
Seahorses are incredible. The live together with one partner during there when live and do a happy dance for each other after awakening.
